You're absolutely right about the nose job. I don't love that Twitter avatar pic but did see Jillian on tv last week -- she looks fantastic and her nose looks very natural on her face. It took me a while to figure out what was different. Her surgeon did a great job. Her lips weren't puffy with filler either.

I barely recognized her on ABC Home Makeover this evening. Aside from the nose job, maybe she got an eye lift. It's sad that someone so pretty gave into the knife.
